BICKBM is a vertically integrated manufacturer specializing in low-rise modular buildings and Structural Insulated Panels (SIP) for residential, commercial, and modular construction projects.
The company’s modular construction solutions are based on a steel structural frame combined with high-performance SIP panel systems, ensuring structural reliability, energy efficiency, and accelerated project timelines.
All modules are produced at BICKBM’s own manufacturing facilities, providing full control over production quality, technical parameters, and delivery schedules. The manufacturing process is built around the principle of maximum factory completion, significantly reducing on-site works while maintaining compliance with international transportation standards.
Modules are delivered with a high level of internal and external finishing, including façade systems, interior finishes, built-in furniture, and household appliances where required by the project scope. Installation is carried out on monolithic reinforced concrete foundations or steel ground screw foundations, enabling rapid on-site assembly and predictable commissioning timelines.
BICKBM offers a wide range of façade and finishing materials, allowing projects to be adapted to local architectural standards and market expectations.
All projects are executed on a custom basis, fully supported by the company’s in-house engineering and design team from concept development through production and delivery.

BICKBM also provides precision cutting, routing, and profiling, including recesses matched to required timber sizes, as well as panel height extensions according to project-specific structural requirements.Production Capacity BICKBM operates a controlled in-house manufacturing process with a monthly production capacity of approximately 2,500–3,000 SIP panels, enabling support for continuous supply contracts, project-based deliveries, and scalable export volumes.
Production planning is structured to ensure consistent quality, predictable lead times, and flexibility for custom panel specifications.
Capacity may be adjusted upward based on contract volume and production scheduling.
